The Verification team is at the core of Veriff's operations. We are the humans behind the scenes safeguarding online identities and stopping fraud. We provide reliable and confidential identity verification services to businesses worldwide. Although spread across multiple locations, our team is unified on a shared purpose.

As a Verifications Area Lead, you’ll measure your success through the happiness of the people in your team, as well as the number of customers we are able to help. You'll be responsible for verification KPIs (accuracy, speed) and verification efficiency (processes and routines). You will take responsibility for hiring and onboarding, mentoring, and developing the team of verification team leads.

You will be the representative of the verification interests when it comes to cross-company projects and initiatives, and you will play a huge role in building and nourishing all the realms within the verification operations division. You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

Building the leading global identity verification solution
Working alongside other teams within the company to maintain and improve Verification KPIs
Working closely with people from inside and outside the company to improve Veriff products
Ensuring our clients receive the services they need in collaboration with other divisions
Identifying issues and implementing new processes to help scale our operations
Building a verification function that is adaptable, smart, and innovative
Leading a team of Verification Team Leads

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are:

Fluent in English
Experience in leading a multi-location customer-focused delivery team in a fast-paced environment, able to assist and coordinate multiple focus areas at once
The ability to plan and take detailed steps to execute a high-level vision and strategy alongside other divisions and functions in the company
The ability to work with data and base your decisions on data analysis
Able to think on your feet and think three (ok, more like five) steps ahead, taking multiple aspects into account
Curious, empathetic, responsible, and creative
Motivated by finding solutions - when you understand the “why,” you will figure out the “how.”

You’re an especially awesome match if you are:

Knowledgeable about the Verification product and Verification processes
Knowledgeable about the EU money laundering and terrorist financing prevention legislative framework
